Teach Me Tuesday (4-3-12)

Yay--Teach Me Tuesday is here!!  I love visiting your blogs and seeing what you're doing!  I really appreciate everyone who shares their ideas here!  This is a great big THANK YOU to everyone who linked up last week--you make this party great!  As usual, we'll start the most clicked on links from last week-- If you're featured, feel free to grab the button from the right sidebar!

Our features this week (the most clicked on links from last week) are:

Dancing With Cinderella shared this fun and easy way to start seeds and transplant them with Egg Shell Planters!  Check it out here!

Highhill Homeschool shared this active way to make spelling a full-body experience with an Active Phonics Game!  Check it out here!

H is for Homeschooling shared this Christian-themed countdown activity for Easter!  She has detailed activities and Bible verses available if you want to use the same idea!  Check it out here!

Many thanks to these awesome ladies for sharing their great activities with us!  If you missed them last week, but sure to check them out!

Now, onto this week's Teach Me Tuesday linky party!

The guidelines are simple:

1- Link to your post, not your whole blog.  By linking up you are giving me permission to share a picture and link to your post.
2- Your post must be family-friendly.
3- Your post must somehow relate to education (this includes crafts, games, experiments, printables, recipes, essays, and anything else related to education!).
4- After you link up, visit some of the other links and let them know what you think!  Everybody likes to get feedback and know their post is appreciated!
5- This is optional, but I'd sure be grateful if you spread the word by posting the Teach Me Tuesday button (above) on your blog or post!  The party only gets better with more bloggers!
**Please make sure you picked up the button from Preschool Powol Packets, and not my old blog!**

That's it!  I can't wait to get to know you and see what you're up to!  Also, you're always welcome to follow me on GFC, Facebook, Google + or subscribe to my monthly newsletter (links are in the sidebar)!

I may share at any of these parties!

I love coming here each week. Thanks so much for hosting. My lesson ideas this week are for older kids, but I hope you can tweak some of them for your lovely kids. My apologies if you can't - I just felt I needed to talk about bullying. All the best and have a great week.

Thanks Meryl! I always appreciate your posts and I think that bullying really is an issue that should be addressed more often, on a level that children can understand. I'm sure it can be adjusted for all ages!

Marta and Bridget, I'm so glad you came!! Thanks for linking up and I hope you'll come back next week!

Hey, I love seeing all the activities that are offered here! I also have one question- what am I doing wrong with adding your linky button to my blog? I added it under my linky page and it always displays goofy for me. Any help is appreciated!

Hi, S! I love having you link up each week! I looked at the page source on your page and it seems that when you copied the HTML for my button you copied the box that it was in too. I'd try highlighting just the text inside the box and pasting it onto your page. Let me know if that doesn't work!
