Dinosaur Dot-to-Dot - Free Preschool Activity
Have your preschoolers been enjoying our dinosaur activities this week? Today's dinosaur printable is a dot-to-dot set!
This is the third activity in my 10-day Preschool Dinosaur Activities series! Check out the rest HERE (there's also a gift card giveaway in that post--scroll to the bottom for details)!!
This printable activity includes 4 different dinosaurs with dot-to-dot drawing on them! As your kids connect the dots, they are strengthening their fingers, practicing eye-hand coordination, reinforcing the concept of one-to-one correspondence (important for reading), and reviewing number identification and counting! Whew! That's a lot for a little dot-to-dot!
And, of course, after they connect the dots they can color in the picture!! Try adding in some grass, butterflies, or a sun!
You can also put the pages in sheet protectors and use a dry-erase marker to connect the dots!
And remember you have ENDLESS options for coloring! Have you tried crayons, markers, colored pencils, chalk, and paint? Great! What about filling in small areas at a time with glue and then pasting yarn scraps, sand, or other small objects?!
We are celebrating dinosaurs this month because my new book is officially ready for orders! You can a special Kickstarter-only edition by clicking HERE!

First, I want to share my new book with you! This is my first picture book! It combines silly characters with rock cycle science--it is both fun to read out loud and fun to look at the pictures! I would love to invite YOU to JOIN ME in its first hardcover print run! You can learn more (and see some of the inside pages!) HERE! Let me know if you have any questions--I am SUPER excited about this!! <3
Aaand...
Happy Educating,
Carla
