Train Names & {FREE} Train Alphabet Preschool Printable

Trains and the Polar Express have been really popular around here lately, so I made this fun set of {FREE} Train Alphabet Letters to practice spelling our names!

With my younger preschooler we've been working on the letters in her name and how to spell it. My older kids used these same train letters to spell sight words and word families!

We also use them for a word changing game we play. We set up one word (cat, for example) and take turns changing it into a new word by only changing one letter. So, cat can become hat which can change to hit which can change to sit which can change to sip...

Anyway, you can use these letters for whatever you want!

Just click HERE to get a {FREE} set of train car letters!!

PS. Trains totally feel like a winter theme to us because we've been doing it with the book Polar Express. Sooo....I'm including it in my 25 Days of FREE Printables gift to you!!  :D  You can get the other winter and holiday themed printables HERE!!

And if you're looking for more train activities, check out our trains and magnets sensory bins here and {FREE} North Pole Train Game here!
