Yogurt Flowers & Butterflies

It's Spring!  These Yogurt Flowers & Butterflies are the perfect fun addition to lunch or snacks!

Inspired by Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons and the fact that we are "growing" butterflies right now, I made yogurt flowers and butterflies!  It's wonderfully healthy--I used organic yogurt--and tons of fun.

You can make your own yogurt flowers and butterflies (or other shapes!) by scooping yogurt into frosting bags and piping it onto wax paper.  Place the wax paper in the freezer for at least an hour.  The shapes easily peel off the wax paper.  Just remember to eat them immediately because they melt like ice-cream!

I may share at any of these parties!

My kids love frozen yogurt dots, but I haven't tried making it look like anything! Turned out cute!

Thanks Ashley! We tried small shapes too (like hearts and blobs), and they were just as popular!

Wow, I never would have thought of this. Didn't know you could freeze plain yogurt like that. Thanks for the idea!
